3 different ratings for solar panels

Considering the price alone is not correct to purchase the panel. Knowing the precise classification of panels known as global Tier is very important. This classification reflects the type of production technology in the factory and the type of use of raw materials. There are 3 types of Tier in this cuff:

Tier 1:

In this ranking, only 2% of top solar panels are located. In fact, panel makers in the Tier 1 group are manufacturers who control the production process and have invested heavily in the R & D department of the plant. They also use advanced robotic machines with full automatic systems and have at least 5 years of experience in their work. This group uses the purest raw materials and the best grade of silicon available for your cells, and as you know, the more pure the silicon grade, the better the solar panel produced and the better.

Tier 2:

In the ranking, panel companies are making smaller investments in their R & D department, and they use their own line of production from all types of automatic and manual machines. The history of these companies is between 2 and 5 years old, and the cost of their production panels is more affordable.

Tier 3:

In this ranking, 90% of the solar panel manufacturers are located. These companies do not have a R & D unit, and rely on their manual machines and human resources to produce panels at very reasonable prices.

The important point is that the panel in the Tier 3 or Tier 2 rankings is not quality, and all panel manufacturers are trying to make their best panel. What’s important is the experience of most companies in Tier 1.
